The widget comes in 2 different sizes: 2×3 and 3×3. They take up quite a bit of room so you will want to add this widget to a home screen with barely anything else on it.

Once you have loaded the widget will display the last 3 calls or SMS you have either made or recieved. To change between calls and SMS simply press the button in the bottom right hand corner once. To select either a call or SMS simply press on it once.

Overall, the app does what it says it does and provides a quick shortcut on the home screen of your choice to your last 3 calls or SMS. However, it takes up quite a bit of your home screen so you will need to add it to a home screen with barely anything on it. At the time of this review the Smart Contacts Widget Android App is free.
